No Refund and return Policy
At Climb Craft Jewelry, we take great pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted jewelry that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. Every piece is carefully designed and inspected to ensure excellence before it reaches our customers.
To maintain fairness and transparency, we have a strict no-refund and return policy. Please read the details below before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds After Purchase
Once an order has been placed and processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This applies to all products, including brooches, bracelets, cufflinks, earrings, keychains, keychain holders, and pendants.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and processed.
In rare cases, if a cancellation request is made before processing, we may consider it at our sole discretion. However, this is not guaranteed.
3. Exchanges & Replacements
Although we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges or replacements in the following cases:
✔ Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear images of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement.
✔ Wrong Item Received – If you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly send the correct product once you return the incorrect one in unused condition.
🚨 Note: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and unworn to qualify for an exchange.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
❌ Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
❌ Custom or personalized jewelry.
❌ Products returned without original packaging.
❌ Orders placed with discount codes or promotional offers.
5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the exchange is due to customer preference, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.
6. How to Request an Exchange or Replacement
Email us at care@climbcraftjewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Attach clear images of the product and explain the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
If eligible, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.
If your exchange is approved we will deliver an exchange product within 10 business days.
